We are a Community
Over the years, we have spoken with so many amazing individuals who are seeking career progression. While we strive to assist everyone that we connect with, our time is limited and we wanted to create a way to share some insights, provide guidance and assistance, and help people understand how they can have a meaningful career. Impact-Led was born to help you reflect on your journey and be a guide along the way.
Our hope for you is to live a life with purpose and to enjoy the time spent working by ensuring you are in alignment with the impact that your work brings about. After all, we are all creating an impact with our work....we just need to make sure that it's the impact we want. This isn't, necessarily, about being number one or the best in class, but if you want that, let's go for it. It's really about alignment.

We understand that the process of finding a job or a new employee can be very difficult both morally and in terms of time spent. The cost of an error in this area is the wasted weeks (or even months) of your life, and tens of thousands of dollars for an employer.
We believe that for each employee there is an ideal workplace, and for each company there is an employee with extensive experience and respect for the values of the company. Our recruitment process takes a lot of time, but we are proud of our results and well-established partnership with employers throughout the United States.
