About the Author
Timmy Rupeiks has spent over 25 years in the recruitment space, starting in an AmeriCorps program recruiting volunteers and non-profit service sites in 2001 and then shifting to the corporate staffing side of things since 2006. He has consistently been a top sales performer having placed hundreds, if not thousands, of candidates across his career. He has held leadership positions within professional associations as well as board positions with national organizations. Originally from California and having graduated from Santa Clara University with a Philosophy degree, he now lives in the greater Orlando area with his wife and two young children. He is the co-founder of Mango Chamba, a boutique talent agency that provides talent across the United States as well as Latin America. He is also the creator of AiDED Resumé, an artificial intelligence tool designed to help people create a resumé that helps candidates land their dream job.
